Doc Brown's Time Machine
Doc Brown's time machine is the most famous movie cars of all time. Ironically, as the script was originally written, the car it was built from didn't exist yet. The script was first written in 1980 by Robert Zemeckis a full year before the DMC-12 was built. It called for the time machine to be built into a refrigerator which road around in the back of Doc's truck. Lucky for us, that idea never made it to the cutting room floor and the stainless steel chariot was written into the script.
